It is time to register for CAPA’s Annual Meeting. This year’s meeting will be held April 4-6 at Pinehurst, North Carolina.
Below you will find a general schedule of events. Please note that you will need to make your room reservations with Pinehurst at 1-855-736-0801, (if you are making reservations for three or more guest, please use the reservation booking sheet), please make reservations before Monday, March 05, 2018 at 5:00PM EST. Our room block will be released after that date. You may also register by completing the reservation booking sheet and faxing the form to Pinehurst at, 1-910-235-8240 for your hotel reservations: Click Here for the Group Registration Form. Pinehurst is a wonderful location in April and will be completely full, so please don’t delay and make your room reservations soon.
The CAPA golf tournament will be Thursday afternoon with prizes sponsored by CAPA Associate Members.
Also, the resort has offered the following if you are interested:
* 10% discount on spa treatments booked during your stay. This is specific to our group, so you will need to mention the group name CAPA when booking your service, and it is for a 50 minute service or greater.
* There's shopping around the local Pinehurst village that is within walking distance to the hotel. Resort services has area maps that you can pick up and they can highlight for you the best way to walk, or if you are interested in going to Southern Pines they can highlight the best way to get there as well.
* Tennis, croquet and lawn bowling are also onsite that you may sign up for as well, by contacting the Tennis Shop. You can do so when making your reservations or you can wait and do it on arrival.
* You may also take one of Pinehurst guest drive Acura's for up to 3 hours to go wherever you would like to go (shopping in Southern Pines perhaps - a 15 minute drive).
* Complementary bikes that you may take throughout the village can be signed out at Resort Services as well.
